She has worked in real estate since 2002 across sales, homeowner association management, mortgage financing and appraisal, including 17 years as an SRA Certified Real Estate Appraiser. That appraisal background is how she prices a home: comparable sales, condition and current buyer behavior, not guesswork.

Raised between Seattle and Sydney, she grew up traveling with her grandparents, from the Great Wall of China as a child to two weeks in Italy with her 92-year-old grandmother. Architecture is what she photographs: aged stone, marble detail, romantic archways.

She served four years as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Fallbrook Food Pantry and continues to advocate for them. She volunteers regularly with local non-profits serving veterans, special needs adults and seniors, often alongside her three children.

Ben McCoy is a Global Real Estate Advisor and REALTOR with Pacific Sotheby's International Realty, bringing more than a decade of real estate experience and a strong background in construction, engineering, negotiation, and complex property matters to clients throughout San Diego County.

A San Diego native, Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with an academic emphasis in land-use law, land-use planning, environmental law, and environmental sciences. Prior to entering real estate in 2014, he spent nearly two decades in the forensic engineering and construction defect litigation industry, where he developed the attention to detail, contract knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving ability that continue to shape his approach today.

He combines personalized guidance with the global reach and resources of Sotheby's International Realty, utilizing professional photography, video, aerial imagery, and digital marketing to position properties for maximum exposure and results.

Deeply committed to his community, Ben serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for D'Vine Path, a North San Diego County nonprofit supporting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. He was also part of the team that helped facilitate the organization's 2021 purchase of its farm and vineyard campus.

Outside of real estate, Ben enjoys landscape photography, running, hiking, exploring local wineries, and spending time with his two daughters.
